Why should you become a member?
We have a longstanding, solid commitment to community service. We actively seek out any opportunity to use our woodworking skills to improve and strengthen our community.
We support and encourage all of our members, both novice and seasoned woodworkers. All people are treated with respect and friendship. We work together and separately on personal projects and community service efforts. Assistance, advice, expertise, ideas and encouragement are just a conversation away. Anyone 18 years or older may become a member. (Although some classes are available to younger students.)
Our 1500 square foot workshop has over 20 power tools and various hand tools. all of which can be used by qualified members. We have a robust training and safety program in place to ensure a safe workplace for all members. The shop includes dust collection and air filtration. Personal protective equipment is provided. We also have a small selection of wood available for use by members. Our facility is also fully ADA accessible.
